Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This policy explains what Takshvi Logistics (“we”) does with personal information collected through takshvilogistics.com. It is written to meet our obligations under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, under which we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.

We have kept it short and specific, because this website does very little with your data. It describes what the site actually does, not what a template assumes it might do.

The short version

The only way this website collects personal information is the enquiry form on our Contact page. If you do not submit that form, we collect nothing about you. There is no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no profiling anywhere on this site. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

What we collect, and why

When you submit the enquiry form, you give us four pieces of information, all of them required for us to reply:

  • Your name or company name
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile number
  • The message you write

We use these only to read your enquiry and respond to it — by email, or by phone if that is quicker. That is the sole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Two further items are handled automatically as part of sending the form. Your IP address is passed to our security check (see below) so it can tell a person from an automated script; we do not store it ourselves. The date and time of your submission is included in the enquiry email we receive.

Cookies and tracking — there are none

This website sets no cookies of its own. It does not use local storage or session storage, and it runs no analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel or session-recording tool. Nothing on this site follows you between visits or across other websites. We have stated this plainly because it is unusual, and because a policy claiming cookies that do not exist would be as inaccurate as one hiding cookies that do.

The one exception is the security check on the Contact page. Cloudflare, which provides it and also hosts this site, may set a strictly necessary cookie to confirm that a request came from a real browser rather than an automated one. It is used for security only, not to identify or track you, and it is never used for advertising.

Who else handles your information

We use two service providers to run the website and deliver enquiries. Both act on our instructions as Data Processors. We use no others.

Cloudflare — hosting and the security check

Cloudflare hosts this website and serves it from its global network. It also provides Turnstile, the security check that appears above the send button on the Contact page. Turnstile confirms you are a person and not a bot; Cloudflare states that it does not read your form entries or other page inputs. Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare as part of this check.

Brevo — delivering your enquiry to us

When you submit the form, the details you entered are passed to Brevo, which sends them to our inbox as an email. Brevo keeps a delivery log of messages it sends on our behalf, in line with its own retention policy.

Your information leaves India

You should know this before you use the form. Cloudflare serves this website and runs the security check from whichever of its data centres is nearest to you, which may be outside India. Brevo is a European company and processes the enquiry email on servers in the European Union.

Both are established providers used widely by Indian businesses, and both are bound to handle the data only as we instruct them. If you would rather not have your details processed outside India, please call us on +91 81530 59318 instead of using the form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for [[RETENTION_PERIOD]] from the date you contact us, so that we have the history if you get in touch again about the same shipment or quote. After that they are deleted.

If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will do so, unless we are required to keep a record for tax, customs or other legal obligations — in which case we keep only what the law requires and nothing more.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you, and who we have shared it with
  • Correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information
  • Withdraw your consent at any time. This is as easy as giving it: tell us, and we stop. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

How to reach us about your data

For any of the requests above, or any question about this policy, contact us:

  • By phone on +91 81530 59318
  • By email at [[CONTACT_EMAIL]]
  • , stating what you would like us to do

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We do not keep a mailing list, so there is no notification to send — please check back here if it matters to you.
